This also assists on the economic side with production cost to allow for more features in the caravans, and continued Australian manufacture!

We aren't about being the biggest in turnover, instead, quality product with great service, from the ordering process to the day of pick-up and after-sales service!

DELIVERY DAY
Factory deliveries generally encompass most of the day for a thorough run through all the features and operation of the new van, and following paperwork and rego, a cuppa and subsequent road test is undertaken generally around the industrial estate & out on the highway to encompass a variation of different travel conditions, with adjustment of electric brakes explained to ensure new owners are comfortable with the knowledge of how the system works and we are also of the towing characteristics of their new package!
Returning to the factory, the van is reversed in with well wishes and thanks, to be towed out the gate with a friendly smile and a welcome to the KEDRON® Family!
TRUE OFF-ROAD WARRANTY
Some builders of off-road style caravans state if they are deemed to be misused from excessive corrugations or the like, this can void their warranty.
KEDRON® has a solid reputation, tested over time, of a fantastic support base, Australia-wide if required. Certainly try to get the vans right from the start, though if you live inter-state and are wondering about support, it's there, and can call upon many service agents Australia-wide to assist if need be for peace of mind!
THE PRODUCT
Can have all the back-up, though you need to have the right product to start with.
Have continually developed the KEDRON® van to be of utmost reliability and to be suitable for the intended travel as much as possible!
The strength of chassis, interlocked aluminium frame with solid steel pin fixing as the major structure base is why they are so strong and rot-proof.
There are so many areas that others can shortcut to save money, that when outlined you can see the difference of a true off-road manufacture and why the reputation has stood the test of time to be such a solid reliable build.
KEDRON® has had the same chassis engineer building since commencing, these are each custom-built, hot-dipped galvanised for the utmost corrosion protection, and wall frames huck-bolted to the chassis for premium strength!
A long term crew of timber craftsmen fit the furniture and the manufacturing team all take great pride in the product and their workmanship.
DECADES OF DOCUMENTED FIELD TESTING
Being in the industry with the same continuous business since 1962, have been a caravanning family during, well prior and continuing to this day.
From the 1990's, also pioneered documented off-road caravan testing, through areas such as the Kimberley, Cape York and Canning Stock Route
with the 'Gall Boys'® Adventures.
This gave ultimate feedback for construction methods, innovations and developments, along with testing new features available to market, to be put through their paces in some of the most extreme conditions, giving confidence that what goes into the production of the vans for others to use on their own travels, has been extensively field tested to provide the ultimate confidence for reliability.
A GREATER RANGE
While well known for the larger robust vans, the range has extended much broader these days, now including lighter mid-size 4WD compatible vans with the single-axle COMPACT having a tare weight as low as 2150kg's and the very popular tandem XC'5's.
The range is then complimented with the ALL TERRAIN & TOPENDER®, running right up to the 26ft TRIPLE AXLE TE'7.

PRE-DELIVERY
Each of our custom-built vans are run through with a check-list by our dedicated pre-delivery representative. All appliances are run and tested, from air con's, fridges being efficiency tested to check temp's, to hot water systems and finish detail of furniture etc, and have a dedicated water and solar bay testing bay.
We try to get as close as possible for ensuring customers can achieve minimal inconvenience for their travel by extensive prior testing of these.
COMMUNITY
We are not all about just production and sales, being a family business, continually assist various groups and charities supporting those in need.
Requested all licence fees from American production companies for clip use in shows like MTV be directly donated to nominated charities, along with filming campaigns with Toyota.
Contributed 100% of our Toyota Ambassadorship over the years to help fund various charity groups for assisting their great work too!
CORPORATE ASSOCIATIONS / AMBASSADORSHIPS
We have a fantastic extended history of driving Toyota's as a family, going hand in hand with a caravan requiring a tow vehicle, and it was only natural to develop a relationship with them of all companies.
Over the years had built great trusted relationships with dealerships, and as the popularity of the Gall Boys Adventures grew, this extended through to Toyota Australia, and in 2008 became official ambassadors.
We have valued this relationship greatly, through many of the departments, with a great respect and friendship grown over the years. Contrary to what some may expect, we don't have any commission for vehicle referrals to dealers, just a great relationship built and know that people referred will be looked after for stock availability and a great new vehicle buying experience to compliment the van for their travels!
Over our previous adventures have purchased all our own support vehicles by choice, and for the lead vehicles that we have tested, prior their return, if wearing some cosmetic dents, have these brought back to condition out of respect, the way Dad has brought us up.
More recently Toyota do support with camera vehicles for the trips, though as we really put the gear under the test, like to purchase the lead drive vehicle, and are Dave’s daily drive vehicles upon return!
In recent years, filming with Toyota & Genuine Accessories, all funds have been requested to be donated to a spread of charities that they have been good enough to fund!
Just a great mutual relationship of trust with a fantastic company, product and team!

Re-sale prices of products are a great indication of their worth in the market, and the Kedron product continually commands great re-sale in line with condition maintained!
